12th Grade: Full-Service College Applications & Executive Support

Senior year requires a different level of structure, expertise, and hands-on support. This track is for students who are actively applying to college and need guided accountability, writing support, organization, and strategic admissions planning.

  • All Common App + UC application support

  • College list creation based on academic profile, financial fit, identity fit, and graduation outcomes

  • Executive functioning applied to deadlines, essays, and schoolwork

  • Essay development and editing (personal statement + supplements)

  • Application dashboard + deadline tracking

  • Letters of recommendation strategy

  • FAFSA + financial aid guidance

  • Scholarship search + application review

  • Weekly working sessions + messaging support

quarterly Package

Each Quarter Includes:

  • College list refinement

  • Essay drafting + up to 10 revisions

  • 1x/week sessions

  • Task management board

  • Strategy around deadlines (EA/ED, UC, RD depending on the quarter)

Quarter-by-quarter structure:

Q1: August–October → List building + Common App + major early submissions

Q2: October–December → All supplementals + UC + FAFSA

Q3: January–March → Appeals, updates, scholarships

Q4: March–May → Final decisions, change-of-major guidance, transition
