What we focus on:

• Executive Functioning Skills

  Time management, prioritization, planning, task initiation, and follow-through.

• Academic Skill-Building

  Reading actively, annotating, notetaking systems, using evidence in writing, and becoming a stronger communicator.

• Weekly Coaching & Structure

  Students use planners, bullet-journals, or dot-method systems to actually see and manage their week, not react to it.

• Habits for High School Success

  Sleep routines, tech boundaries, test prep rhythm, morning/evening resets.

• Early College Readiness

  Understanding majors, types of colleges, public vs private pathways, and how choices in 9th–11th grade open (or close) doors later.

The outcome:

By the end of 11th grade, your student is organized, confident, and academically prepared — not panicked. When it’s time to apply to college, they already have the skills and structure to handle deadlines, essays, and communication with teachers.

This isn’t homework help.

This is long-game academic development.
